Josh Nolt

Josh is a licensed Realtor and valued member of the Nolt & Bailey Team at Kingsway Realty. His experience in Real Estate began at a young age, starting his investment portfolio just after graduating high school.

With a number of investment properties now of his own, Josh is committed to helping others reach their goals in investing in Real Estate as well as navigating the journey of both buying and selling properties. With years of experience in Lancaster County Real Estate, his priority is helping clients make strategic purchases.

Josh and his wife Katie were married in 2021, together they enjoy volunteering at Ephrata Community Church, seeking adventure and exploring new cities.
